摘    要:针对航空发动机液压延迟器研制、生产过程中实际问题,应用逆向设计思路,通过分析该液压延迟器结构原理和对应的试验参数要求,建立简化模型,并结合理论计算、对比试验、AMESim仿真等手段得出了符合工程实际的结论。结论表明:在满足产品可靠性的基础上,原技术指标不合理,给出的修正技术指标可解决设计指标和工程实践的差异问题。研究成果可为设计完善该型航空发动机液压延迟器组件泄漏试验提供依据,也能为同类结构的零组件设计、改进和工程排故提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the practical problems in the development and production of a hydraulic retarder of aero-engine,using reverse design and analyzing the structural principle of the hydraulic retarder and the corresponding test parameter requirements,a simplified model was established.A conclusion consisting with the actual engineering was obtained by combining the theoretical calculation,comparative test,AMES?im simulation and other means.The results show that on the basis of reliability level of the product,the orig?inal technical index was not reasonable,and the modified technical index can solve the difference between design index and engineering practice.The research results can provide a basis for the design and improve?ment of the leakage test of the hydraulic retarder components of the aero-engine,and also provide a refer?ence for the design,improvement and engineering troubleshooting of the components of the same structure.
