| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国租赁立法及我国飞机租赁立法的现状、从理论上论述我国建立"以民航法八条为主，辅之以专门行政法规"的飞机租赁法律体制的立法构想。同时，对我国飞机租赁立法中所面J］占的问题，提出自己的看法和建议。

| Abstract: | Proceeding from an account of the present situation of the lease legislation in general and the aircraft lease legislation in Particular in China, the paper gives a theoretical exposi1ion of a legislative framework for aircraft lease in China on the basis of Article 8 of China's Civil Aviation Law and supplemented by some special administrative regulations- in addition, v1ews and suggestions are offered here to tackle the specific issues arising in the course of enacting the aircraft lease legislation in our country. |
