| 摘 要： | 基于数字化电度表、计算机网络技术及电力系统电网调度管理网技术，提出了电力公司的自动收费系统的设计方案。介绍了系统的组成和功能，并对“用户段”系统的组网关键技术要点进行了描述。该系统可推广至各种公用事业的自动收费系统中。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a design of the automatic electricity fee-collecting system on the basis of the digited electric meter, the computer network technology and the power network control management technology. It gives an account of the system configuration and its functions as well as the techniques of network construction in the user-segment system. This system can be extensively used in various automatic fee-collecting system for pubic utilities. |
