摘    要:基于时频转换的思想,提出了一套利用叶片自由模态求解带凸肩叶片非线性振动响应的方法.该方法消除了原来方法在时频转换过程中存在的一些问题,并考虑了振动过程中接触刚度随正压力的变化,提高了计算效率和结果的准确性,计算结果与试验结果具有很好的一致性,完全能够满足叶片减振设计的工程需要.此外,还分析了自由模态阶数对计算结果的影响,发现当接触面接近自由时,需要少阶的叶片自由模态就能得到准确结果;而当接触面接近粘滞时,需要较多阶的模态才能得到准确响应.

Abstract:Base on the idea of alternating frequency/time(AFT) domain,an approach to predict the nonlinear response of a shrouded blade system was developed using free mode shapes.Some sources of error in the process of previous AFT were eliminated and the instantaneous variety of contact stiffness was taken into account,improving evidently the correctness and efficiency.Comparison of the calculated and experimental results proves that this method meet the engineering need of blade damping design fully.Furthermore,inf...
