摘    要:液浮磁悬浮摆式加速度计的研制主要包括高性能铍材结构设计和工艺、磁悬浮稳定支承、高精度温控补偿及高精度伺服控制等关键技术,具有精度高、抗干扰能力强、体积小等特点,可应用于航海、航天、航空等多种领域的惯性系统,并直接决定着导航和制导系统的性能和精度。结合液浮磁悬浮摆式加速度计高精度伺服控制需求,本文主要介绍了一种基于18位A/D采集、具备浮点运算功能的TMS320F283351-5]、半桥式力矩驱动电路等硬件设计的数字伺服控制技术,为液浮磁悬浮摆式加速度计提供高精度伺服控制方案。

Abstract:The study of a pendulum accelerometer with liquid floating and magnetic includes several key technologies, for example, structure design and process for beryllium material with high performance, magnetic levitation stability bearing, temperature compensation and high precision servo control; with the character of small volume and high precision and anti-interference ability, the kind of accelerometer has been applied in many fields, such as aerospace, aviation and navigation. For the high precision servo control requirement, a digital servo control technology is proposed in the paper based on 18 A/D acquisition, TMS320F283351-5] with floating-point arithmetic function, a half-bridge drive circuit and so on, which presents a kind scheme of servo control of high performance for the pendulum accelerometer with liquid floating and magnetic.
