基于VxWorks的惯性平台测试系统构建及BSP设计

摘    要:本文提出了一种基于VxWorks的惯性平台测试计算机系统的构建方案,并设计了相应的BSP。该方案是以工控机为基础,通过添加PCI设备进行功能扩充,添加的PCI设备有以太网设备、RS-422通讯设备、MIL-STD-1553B通讯设备,此外还添加了一块并口硬盘。这种方案将工控机的强大计算能力与VxWorks实时特性相结合,并使工控机具有网络通讯、RS-422通讯、MIL-STD-1553B通讯、大量数据存储等功能,同时这种方案具有低成本、易实现的优点。

Abstract:This paper gives a method to design of Industrial Personal Computer (IPC) and BSP for Platform Inertial Navigation System (PINS) testing based on VxWorks. The system is based on IPC, and its function is expanded by using PCI devices. The PCI devices used in the system are Ethernet device, RS-422 communicating device and MIL-STD-1553B communicating device. We also use another PATA hard disk to store data in testing which may be very much. This method combines great power of IPC in calculating and real time feature of VxWorks, and make the IPC has more functions, such as TCP(UDP)/IP communicating, RS-422 communicating, MIL-STD-1553B communicating and having ability to store very much data. It takes low cost and is easy to implement this method.
