| 摘 要： | ERP是一个具有系统复杂、实施难度大、应用周期长等特点的企业管理系统工程。只有深入理解ERP的管理内涵,并应用项目管理方法实施ERP,ERP才可能产生最大的效益。企业在ERP应用过程中必须从系统工程和科学管理的角度出发,建立健全工程项目管理体系和运作机制,确保ERP项目的成功实施。

| Abstract: | ERP is a complicated enterprise management system engineering, which is difficult to implement and applies for a long cycle. ERP may provide best benefits for enterprises only if ERP's management connotation is understood fully and only if ERP is implemented by applying the project management method. To ensure ERP's successful implementation, the enterprise must establish integrated engineering project management system and running mechanism from the point of view of system engineering and scientific management during the ERP implementation. |
