| 摘 要： | 摘 要 学校体育是学校教育的重要组成部分，是素质教育不可缺少的重要内容。素质教育是以人的身心发展和个人的素质提高为目的的教育．无论是谁，无论从哪个角度来研究素质教育，都离不开体育教育，学校体育作为素质教育的重要内容和手段，对学生其他素质的提高具有重要的作用。所以必须运用素质教育的原则来进行体育教学。

| Abstract: | Abstract P. E. is an important and indispensable component of quality education in school. Quality Education refers to the education with the purpose of raising an individual' s physical and spiritiwl quality. Whoever studies quality education from whatever angles must include P. E. as an important content and means, because P. E. has a vital influence over other qualities. Thus, conducting P. E. in schools should follow the principles of quality education. |
