| 摘 要： | 根据橡塑制品的特点，以PLC为中心，在温度控制系统中应用PID 模糊抑制超调技术，研制一套平板硫化机模糊温度控制系统，提高硫化温度的精度，试验结果表明，所研制的系统能够全自动进行橡塑产品的硫化，操作方便，控制简单。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of rubber and plastic products, with the orientation of the PLC technology, this paper applies PID plus fuzzy resistance exceeding amplitude modulation in the temperature control system and has developed a set of plat vulcanization machine with fuzzy temperature control system, which improves the precision of vulcanization. The test result indicates that this system can vulcanize rubber product automatically. Furthermore, it is easy to operate and control. |
