马赫数分布可控的基准流场灵敏度分析与优化设计

摘    要:利用Isight软件对反正切马赫数分布可控的轴对称基准流场设计参数进行灵敏度分析,获得了设计参数对基准流场总体性能的影响规律,其中前缘压缩角和系数 c 的影响最为明显.针对该基准流场,建立了多项式响应面模型并在设计点进行三目标优化,得到了总体性能较优的轴对称基准流场.基于该优化结果设计了圆形进口的高超声速内收缩进气道并在 Ma=4~7进行数值分析,结果表明:进气道在设计点和非设计点均具有较高的压缩效率和良好的流量捕获能力, Ma=6和7时出口截面总压恢复系数分别为0.581和0.513,压比分别为20.01和24.73, Ma=4时流量系数达到0.880,说明该优化方法可行.

Abstract:The sensitivity analysis of the design parameters of axisymmetric basic flowfield was performed using the software Isight,and the design parameters' effect on the overall performance was obtained,which shows that the leading edge compression angle and coefficient c affect most.The overall performance of the optimized basic flowfield was improved by optimization of three objectives of the polynomial response surface at design point.The hypersonic inward turning inlet with circular shape intake was designed based on the optimized basic flowfield.The numerical simulation results from when Mach number are 4~7 indicate that the inlet has relatively good mass capture ratio and compression efficiency,total pressure recovery coefficients are 0.581 and 0.513, and pressure ratios are 20.01 and 24.73 when Mach number are 6 and 7 respectively; the flow coefficient is 0.880 at the relay point of Mach number is 4, which verifies the feasibility of the optimization method.
