光伏水泵提水系统功率补偿器设计

摘    要:光伏水泵提水系统是一种环保、可持续的新能源提水系统。但是光伏阵列的输出功率既不稳定又不连续,难以实现24 h连续高效运行。由此提出了一种光伏-市电联合供电的提水系统,通过功率补偿器进行协调控制,亦即在光伏出力不足时,自动接入市电进行功率缺额补偿。针对已有的系统为单级电路的特点,分析了现有的功率补偿器方案的局限。提出了一种三相市电经过整流电路后直连直流母线的功率补偿器设计方案;根据设计方案,在MATLAB/Simulink环境中搭建了相应的仿真模型并进行仿真验证;最后,通过试验对功率补偿器的功能、效率等进行了测试,试验结果验证了设计方案的可行性。

Abstract:Photovoltaic water pump system was a kind of environmental and sustainable new energy water pump system. Because the output power of PV array was unstable and discontinuous, it was hard to realize the 24hour continuous and efficient running. So a PVgrid water pump system was put forward. When the output power of PV array was insufficient, the grid compensates for the power shortage automatically through the power compensation controller. For the characteristics of the existing system was singlestage circuit, the limitation of the existing power compensation controller scheme was analyzed. And a new design was proposed, in which the threephase grid was directly connected to the DC bus after rectifier circuit. According to the design, the corresponding simulation model was built in the MATLAB/Simulink to verified the design. Then the function and efficiency of the power compensation controller were tested in experiment. The results of the experiments verified the feasibility of the design.
