航天器总装可靠性研究

摘    要:文章针对航天器总装过程的特点,提出了航天器总装的可靠性评估理论。首先,提出了航天器总装可靠性的概念,然后对航天器的总装过程进行了建模分析,阐述了航天器总装的可靠度分配原理以及总装FMEA评估方法,从而初步建立了一套适应航天器总装的可靠性理论,以此有效的控制航天器的总装质量,查找出总装过程中的潜在故障失效模式,从而达到提高航天器总装质量和效率的目的。

Abstract:The reliability of spacecraft assembly is a key factor for improving the quality and efficiency of spacecraft assembly. Based on the characteristics of spacecraft assembly, this paper proposes a new reliability theory, including the modeling and analysis of the assembly procedure, the theory of reliability apportionment, and the assembly process FMEA theory, to evaluate the assembly process of spacecraft. Analysis results demonstrate that these reliability concepts and methods are effective for finding the potential fault models to improve the efficiency and quality of spacecraft assembly.
