| Abstract: | The paper expounds present condition development and prospects of ground traffic control/management(GTCM) for CAAC,a framework and implernenting plan for Pudong airport ground traf-fic control management. It introduces radar data technology, computer network technology. globalsatellite navigation system technology, radio data communication technology and integration of automation employed in the ground traffic control/management. It also demonstrates the role played byGTCM in providing safe,reliable,accurate and speedy service in modern medium and large airports. |
