| 摘 要： | 阐述了传统空地通信系统的现状和局限性，介绍了新航行系统中空一地数据链实现的几种主要技术手段及其发展状况。通过分析和比较VDL2，VDL3和VDL4这3种方式的功能特点，对中国采用哪种数据链方式、如何向未来的航空电信网实施过渡进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The existing state of the traditional air-ground communication system and its constraints are expounded,and several key technical means,and their current state of the development are also introduced to bring about the upgrading of the air-ground data-link in the new aviation system. In comparison with the functional characteristics of the VDL2,VDL3 and VDL4,the paper further discusses the issues:what kind of air-ground date-link China's aviation system has to adopt,and how to make an air communication system be transited from existing condition to a higher level of aviation telecommunication network. |
