铜/塑自润滑轴承TS-100的摩擦磨损试验研究

摘    要:TS-100是在钉板型固体自润滑材料(TS-70)的基础上开发出的铜/塑固体自润滑轴承,本文通过轴承模拟试验,测定了TS-100在干摩擦与水润滑两种条件下的摩擦系数,以及摩擦的时间效应,还测定了TS-100的磨损曲线,并监测了磨损过程中摩擦系数的变化,试验结果表明,TS-100轴承承载力大,摩擦系数小而稳定,可以作为重载低摩轴承在水电工程中应用。

Abstract:TS-100 is developed for solid self-lubricating bearing on the basis of the solid self-lubricating material TS-70. Solid self-lubricating bearing TS-100, made of plastics in bronze-teeth plank, is stu-died. The friction coefficient of TS-100 and the curve of wear are measured by the simulated experiment. Results show that the bearing capacity of TS-100 is heavy and its friction coefficient is small and steady. It can satisfy the requirements in the hydro-electric engineering.
