微动垫夹持刚度对微动疲劳寿命的影响分析

摘    要:以单卡头式微动疲劳试验装置为对象,设计了不同微动垫夹持型式的微动疲劳试验装置,建立了两种试验装置的物理模型,结合理论分析和有限元数值仿真,从微动垫夹持刚度的角度分析了影响微动疲劳寿命的主要因素,并进行了试验对比验证。结果表明:夹持刚度的减小对SWT(Smith Watson Topper)微动疲劳损伤参量的最大值及位置影响较小,且使其在接触区域的分布趋于对称,可显著地降低相对滑移幅值,进而减小微动疲劳过程中的磨损程度;与夹持刚度较大的试验装置相比,夹持刚度较小的试验装置测试得到的微动疲劳试验寿命较长。

Abstract:An apparatus with different contact pad gripping rigidity was designed on the basis of single clamp fretting fatigue apparatus. The mechanical models of two apparatuses were developed. By the investigation of the experimental results and numerical analysis, the effect of contact pad gripping rigidity on fretting fatigue damage was discussed. Results indicate that,with the decrease of the contact pad gripping rigidity, the maximum SWT(Smith Watson Topper) fatigue parameter value remains almost the same and tends to have a symmetrical distribution over contact interface. As a result, the relative slip amplitude and fretting wear decrease correspondingly; the smaller contact pad gripping rigidity of the apparatus means the longer fretting fatigue life.
