摘    要:前缘缝翼的位置直接影响着多段翼型的流场特征和缝翼噪声源的分布特性。针对缝翼的噪声性能问题,基于大涡模拟(LES)的非定常流场分析以及FW-H声类比积分方程,对典型多段翼型30P-30N模型进行流场特性和远场噪声辐射特性分析;通过调整缝翼位置,研究缝翼噪声辐射特性对缝翼位置参数的敏感程度,并分析在保持较高气动性能的条件下,有效减小缝翼噪声辐射的缝翼位置参数特征。结果表明:在缝道宽度和重叠长度不变的条件下,适当减小缝翼偏转角度,可在保持气动性能不折损的条件下有效减小缝翼噪声;而继续减小缝翼偏转角,则将增大缝翼噪声。当缝翼偏转角度不变时,减小缝道宽度,同时增大重叠长度,会对缝翼噪声有一定的抑制作用。优化缝翼位置参数是提高机翼气动性能以及控制缝翼噪声的有效途径。

Abstract:Leading slat configurations can affect the flow features of multi-element airfoil, and also have an impact on the distributions of slat noise sources. Based on LES simulations and FW-H integration equation, together with the typical multi-element airfoil 30P-30N model, the flow characteristics and far field noise features are investigated. Through adjustment of slat configurations, the sensitivity of slat noise radiation to slat position parameters is analyzed. The position parameter features are studied by keeping high aerodynamic performances and effectively attenuating slat noise. The study shows, with fixed slat gap and overlap, slightly decreasing slat deflection angle could effectively reduce slat noise without any compromise with aerodynamic performance. On the condition of fixed deflection angle, decreasing gap width, meanwhile increasing overlaps could suppress slat noise to some degree.
