| 摘 要： | 在总结国外区域导航的新进展后，以Ｌｏｏｐｕｓ为基础，对Ｌｏｏｐｕｓ的卫星运动轨道作了进一步阐述。结合我国国情，提出五种区域导航星座设想，其中含区域导航和通信相结合的建议、方案。最后，对比ＧＰＳ方案之后，认为Ｌｏｏｐｕｓ方案是我国应采取的方案，并就此提出４项攻关技术

| Abstract: | In this paper author reviews the recent development and progress of international navigation and positioning techniques. On the basis of J.Nanck's moving trafactory in loopus and proposes five schemes for inplementation of chinesis territerical passive three dimensonce avigation and positioning system. At the end author allso gives the resuelt of comparison between GPS and proposed cowcept. |
