Macroscopic electrodynamic characteristics of disperse media |

| Abstract: | A model of a passage of alternating electric current through a dilute disperse medium is proposed and general expressions relating to macroscopic and microscopic properties of the medium are obtained and analysed in some particular cases. The main attention is devoted to a role of dielectric surfactant layer on particle surfaces. |
