| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、数理统计法、对比分析法和行动研究法对西安航专教职工体质健康状况进行了研究与分析。结果表明:40-59岁年龄段教职工身体形态指数超出正常范围,台阶指数得到了显著性提高;反应速度和动作速度上教职工2009年比2008年提高程度非常明显。最后,根据测试数据制定了符合教职工体质健康实际状况的运动处方。

| Abstract: | The article makes the research and analysis on the constitution of staff of Xi’an Aerotechnical College with the literature method,numerical statistics method,comparative analysis method,and action research method.Results show that body shape indexes of teachers and staff aged from 40 to 59 are beyond the normal scope,and their step index is lifted remarkably;response speed and action speed of two groups of teachers and staff are increased obviously as well over 2008.At last,the article makes exercise suggestion conforming to the actual situation of the constitution of staff according to the test data. |
