螺旋锥齿轮安装误差敏感性与容差性研究

摘    要:研究含刀倾法和变性法加工的螺旋锥齿轮齿面通用模型建立方法,提出安装误差敏感性和容差性概念,建立安装误差敏感性和容差性分析模型,以包含安装误差的齿面接触分析方法为工具,根据实际的齿轮副参数,获得安装误差对接触质量的影响规律和保证接触质量的误差极限值.分析与实例计算表明:安装误差敏感性和容差性模型建立了安装误差与螺旋锥齿轮齿轮接触质量和安装工艺参数之间的联系,为提高螺旋锥齿轮齿轮制造质量和制定科学的安装工艺参数提供了理论指导.
