摘    要:介绍了10kN静重式力标准装置的组成、结构及工作原理。采用小平衡杠杆使初负荷为零,采用不锈钢砝码使力值长期稳定性好,采用可编程控制器及上下位机控制方式,既可手动控制,也可自动控制,详细分析了装置复现的力值不确定度。

Abstract:The composition, arrangement and working principle of the 10 kN dead weight force standard machine are introduced. The initial force of the machine is zero by a small balance lever. The stainless steel weights are used to keep force a long term stability. The machine can be controlled by hand or automation with the PLC and microcomputer. Otherwise force measurement uncertainty of the machine is also given.
