摘    要:基于实际调查结果,对高职生在英语学习中表现出来的工具型动机和自尊这两个情感因素及其对英语教学的影响进行分析,提出相应的对策,认为充分利用两者可以提高高职大学英语教学效率。

Abstract:Based on the investigation data, this paper analyzes the cause and the effect of the instrumental motivation and self- esteem of higher vocational college students in English teaching. With some practical countermeasures, it concludes that the English teaching efficiency in higher vocational colleges can be improved through making fuU use of these two affective factors.
