| 摘 要： | 本文说明大型火箭系统级CERT技术是一种低成本的可靠性保障技术，它解决的问题是发现火箭的偶然故障模式，以便改进，从而提高可靠性。本文阐述了试验的基本原理；基本试验要求，列出具体试验效果，并被飞行试验证明，作为理论的佐证。
