| 摘 要： | 通过对非调质12Mn2VBX钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率、断面收缩率、硬度、冲击韧性等性能指标的测定,研究了非调质12Mn2VBS钢中硫含量对组织性能及应用的影响.通过对硫含量的调整,可知非调质12Mn2VBS钢的基本性能指标能够达到甚至超过40Cr等调质钢的基本性能.

| Abstract: | Throught the measurement of property index of tensile strength,yield strength,hardness,elongation,reduction of cross-section area and impact strength,we studied the influence of the ingredient of sulphur on organization capability and application in the non hardened-tempered 12Mn2VBS steels. When the element of sulphur was suitable, we knew that the elementary capability of non hardened-tempered 12Mn2VBS steels may attain the basical requirement of industry application.$$$$ |
