摘    要:文章阐述了电荷耦合器件(CCD)衬底反弹问题产生的机理以及防护措施。针对高速驱动信号的工作特点和衬底反弹对CCD信号造成的影响,介绍并分析了波形化理论。理论分析表明,利用波形化理论能够对衬底反弹进行抑制,通过电路仿真和实际电路测试,验证了理论分析的正确性,为焦面驱动电路设计提供了一种新方法。

Abstract:This paper introduces the mechanism and protection measures for CCD substrate bounce.With adapting to the characteristic of high speed driving signal and reducing the effect of substrate bounce on CCD signal,the wave-shaping theory is given.Through the circuit simulation and test,the analysis of wave-shaping is proved to be correct.It will become a new method for the design of plane driving circuit.
