摘    要:介绍了基于弯振模态的螺纹杆式直线超声电机的运行机理.在梁弯曲振动模型的基础上,对螺纹杆式直线超声电机进行动力学分析,推导出电机定子驱动点的空间运动轨迹方程,并阐明了电机运行机理.本文应用有限元法分析了电机的振动模态和结构,设计并研制了样机.样机定子的尺寸为13 mm×13 mm×30 mm,最后对电机输出特性进行了测试,最大输出力为5.2 N.

Abstract:The operating principle of a lead screw linear ultrasonic motor using bending vibration modes is analyzed. The simplified beam bending vibration model is used to analyze the dynamics characteristics of the motor. Motion trajectory equations are derived for driving points of the stator. The motor operation and driving mechanisms are investigated. The vibration modes and the construction of the motor are analyzed by using the finite element method (FEM).
