多孔超高燃速推进剂代料的双螺杆混合工艺初探

摘    要:研究了多孔超高燃速推进剂代料的双螺杆混合挤出工艺。分析了双螺杆混合PVC/KCl代料的密度、微孔结构和混合优度,并且与超高燃速推进剂的密度、微孔结构和混合优度做了对比。研究表明调节双螺杆混合挤出工艺参数可以控制多孔代料的密度,双螺杆混合挤出技术可用于制造多孔超高燃速推进剂,并且双螺杆的混合效果明显优于手工混合。

Abstract:Twin screw extrusion technology of porous ultra high burning rate propellant (UHBRP) substitutes was studied.The composites PVC/KCl with foaming agent AC were mixed through twin screw extruder.The density,pore structure parameter and goodness of mixing of the composite substitutes were analyzed and compared with UHBRP.The results show that the density of substitute samples can be controlled by adjusting the extrusive parameter of twin screw extruder,twin screw extruder can be used to make porous solid propellant,and the twin screw extrusive mixing effect is obvious better than the manual mixing effect.
