| 摘 要： | 对不同腐蚀时间作用下航空LY12铝合金的表面腐蚀损伤形貌进行试验研究。将分形理论引入到铝合金腐蚀损伤研究领域，对受腐蚀损伤铝合金的表面形貌的分形现象进行了分析。结果表明：在同一应力水平下，疲劳寿命随表面腐蚀形貌分维数的增加而减少。结构的疲劳寿命随分维数变化规律的研究将为受腐蚀铝合金结构的安全性评价提供新的思路和方法。同时提出了把腐蚀形貌分维数和腐蚀深度作为评价铝合金腐蚀损伤的指标。

| Abstract: | The surface corrosion damage configuration of aeronautical LY12 aluminum alloy was experimentally investigated in different durations.The fractal theory was led to the research domain of aluminum alloy corrosion damage.And fractal phenomenon of corrosion surface of aluminum alloy has been analyzed.The results show that the fatigue life reduces along with the increase of surface fractal dimension under the same stress level.Research into the law of the change of fractal dimension following fatigue life will ... |
