| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了工程设计阶段直升机旋翼系统部件强度设计的流程和方法。其中采用的 SIZING LOAD(打样载荷)处理方法把计算载荷谱、设计目标寿命与部件构型设计用一个值联系起来,对结构的优化设计和后续生产问题的处理,提供了一种简便有效的手段。以自动倾斜器不动环疲劳试验为例,介绍了试验中问题的处理方法与思路。

| Abstract: | In this paper a kind of fatigue design method of helicopter rotor system in detail engine design phase is presented.The method compiles the design load spectrum,the target of expectant safe life and the structure of parts into one sign value which is called SIZING LOAD.This SIZING LOAD could be used to optimize structure design.A sample of fixed swashplate fatigue test is given as an application. |
