摘    要:以某型涡扇发动机的液压机械式自动加速器为研究对象,以加速过程的上升时间、超调量和调节时间构造的评价函数为目标函数,并充分考虑加速过程中的约束条件,采用序列二次规划(SQP)算法对起决定作用的凸轮型面进行多目标优化设计.仿真结果表明优化设计后的自动加速器可使加速过程高压转子转速的超调量减小,调节时间缩短,加速性能得到明显改善,且涡轮前最高温度降幅较大,有利于延长涡轮等相关部件的使用寿命.

Abstract:A hydro-mechanical accelerator of one turbofan engine was chosen for the research.The decisive cam was designed by multi-optimal method using sequential quadratic programming(SQP) algorithm,wherein the object function was the evaluation function constructed by the rising time of the acceleration,overshoot and stabilization time with full consideration of the constraints in acceleration.The simulation results show that,the optimal design can reduce the overshoot of high pressure rotor speed,shorten the stabilization time and improve the acceleration performance.At the same time the maximum temperature before the turbine has sharply fallen,which is benefit to prolong the lifetime of turbine and other corresponding components.
