摘    要:为提高卫星桁架结构设计过程的仿真建模质量,优化仿真过程对三维模型信息的利用方式和效率,文章提出一种基于CAD三维模型几何特征简化的卫星桁架结构快速建模仿真方法,并给出分别采用梁单元和壳单元建模的路径及软件界面。将该方法应用于某卫星结构的仿真建模,得到了三维有限元模型模态分析数据,其与力学试验数据的对比结果表明:横向模态分析与试验误差最大,为6.07%;各方向误差均满足指标要求。基于CAD三维模型几何特征简化处理的卫星桁架结构快速建模仿真方法合理可行,建模过程便捷、高效,数据可信。

Rapid modeling simulation of satellite truss structure based on simplified geometrical features of 3D CAD model and test verification

Abstract:In order to improve the simulation modeling quality and the efficiency of the satellite truss structure design process, and to optimize the utilization mode and the efficiency of the three-dimensional model information in the simulation process, a method for the rapid simulation and modeling of the satellite truss structure is proposed based on the simplified three-dimensional modeling geometrical feature. The modeling path and the software interface for the beam element and the shell element are given. This method is applied to the simulation modeling process of a satellite model structure, and the modal analysis for the 3D finite element model is carried out through the simulation calculation. The error between the results of the transverse mode analysis and the mechanical test is 6.07%, and the errors in all directions meet the requirements. It is shown that the method of the simulation modeling of the satellite truss structure based on the simplified 3D modeling geometrical features is reasonable, feasible, and reliable for engineering applications.
