多轴加工刀轨最优行距计算方法研究

摘    要:
以五轴加工为例,对多轴加工行距提出了一套刀轨最优行距计算方法。该方法通过推导五轴加工刀具运动刃口回转面包络方程,计算相邻轨迹刀具包络面的交线,即残余凸台的顶尖线,进一步计算该线到加工曲面的距离,从而得到最大残余高度值,由此判断当前行距的优劣,据此进行进一步的搜索,最终得到最优的行距。

Abstract:
Taking the five-axis as an example, the method of calculating the cutter location optimal path interval in multi-axis machining is researched. An algorithm of calculating the optimal path interval is presented, which deduces the equation of cutter envelop surface while linear interpolation firstly, then the intersection curves of two closest envelop surfaces along the path interval can get. Further, the biggest distance about the intersection curves to the CAD surface can be calculated, and according to the result, the rationality of the path interval can be judged, thus the optimal path interval can be obtained.
