摘    要:近年来,我国不断加强对航空航天事业的建设与发展,在增强空中军事力量与加快探索太空领域步伐的同时,对具有高强度,低密度且耐高温性能的钛合金及钛基复合材料需求越来越多。为探究不同服役环境下钛合金及钛基复合材料的性能,本文综述钛合金及钛基复合材料在航空航天的应用和发展现状,从高温钛合金、高强韧钛合金、阻燃钛合金、低温钛合金和钛基复合材料阐述高性能钛合金及钛基复合材料的应用与研究概况,讨论目前研究存在的问题,指出成分调控、结构设计以及和工艺耦合为今后航空航天用钛合金以及钛基复合材料的研究方向。

Abstract:In recent years,China has continuously strengthened the construction and development of the aerospace industry.While strengthening air military power and accelerating the pace of exploring the space field,the demand for titanium alloys and titaniumbased composites with high strength,low density and high temperature resistance has increased.In order to explore the performance of titanium alloys and titanium-based composites in different service environments,this paper reviews the application and development status of titanium alloys and titanium-based composites in aerospace.Through the study of the high-temperature titanium alloys,high-strength titanium alloys,flame-retardant titanium alloys,low-temperature titanium alloy and titanium-based composites,the application and research overview of high-performance titanium alloys and titanium-based composites are described,the problems in the current research are discussed.It is pointed out that the composition control,structural design,and process coupling for titanium alloys and titanium-based composites used for aerospace are the future research directions.
