Abstract:Firstly, the status quo of radio frequency sensors on military aircraft is described.Three implementation schemes of integrated radio frequency transceiver and their advantages and disadvantages and application are introduced, and then improvement measures are given according to the shortcomings of different implementations. Finally,the development trend and direction of future integrated radio frequency front-end are given.
