| 摘 要： | 随着武器装备现代化及装备计量技术保障水平的提高，原有的计量管理模式和方法显然与之不相适应，引入先进的管理体系和管理思想才能为科研试验和生产提供可靠的计量保证。本文从建立计量管理体系、制定体系文件、狠抓基础管理等几方面论述了现代计量管理思想中的过程控制，突出了计量的监督保证作用。

| Abstract: | With the modernization of arm equipment and the improvement of equipment metrology technology standard, it is obviously that the original metrology management model and method do not season the modern management. In order to provide a reliable metrology guarantee, the advanced ideology must be inducted. This paper discusses the procedure control in the modern metrology management ideology from the following aspects, such as establishing the metrology management system, constituting the system documents and emphasizing the basic management etc. |
