摘    要: 分析了 4种铝合金在循环应变作用下的力学行为及材料在纵、横或高向的应变疲劳力学性能的差异。实验结果表明,不同的取样方向对铝合金的应变疲劳寿命的影响主要取决于材料的塑性。4种铝合金在纵、横或高向的循环应力-应变行为均表现为循环硬化。7475 T735 1合金较之其他 3种材料具有较好的应变疲劳特性

Abstract:The mechanics behaviour of the four aluminum alloys under cyclic strain control as well as the discrepancies of strain fatigue behaviour between transvers,longitudinal and high direction are analysed in the paper. The test results is shown that influence of different direction on strain fatigue life of alluminum alloys mainly depend on plastic of materials. Behaviour of cyclic stress strain on four aluminum alloys all exhibit cyclic strain hardning in longitudinal, transvers and high orientation. 7475T7351 alloys show the larger strain fatigue properties as compared with other three aluminum alloys.
