Today high technologies in space have been changing with each passing day, and the competition of space products in different countries trend towards sharp; the space products with high performence, high reliability, long life, short develpoment cycle and lower cost will finally occupy the space market of the whole world. In recent years, the space cause of our country has also obtained achievements which becomes the focus of world attention. But we must continue to make efforts. It is a shortcut to increase the space level of our country to learn and use advanced techniques abroad. This paper analyses the management methods in Cannes satellite centre of Aerospatiale.
