| Abstract: | The improvement of governance structure of legal person is the key of corporatization reform of the state-owned enterprise. The paper explains the general meaning of legal person governance structure, and analyzes the existing problems of legal person governance structure of the state-owned enterprise, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the governance structure of the state-owned enterprise. |
