转子系统套齿结构动力学设计方法研究

摘    要:对转子系统套齿结构进行了动力学分析,运用接触有限元方法建立了转子系统套齿结构的计算分析模型;研究了定位面间距、定位面配合紧度和接触面积等结构参数以及载荷对套齿结构连接刚度和接触状态的影响规律;在此基础上提出了套齿结构的动力学设计方法,包括连接刚度设计方法和接触状态设计方法;对某型发动机涡轮转子套齿结构进行了计算与分析,验证了所提出的套齿结构动力学设计方法的可行性。

Dynamic Design Method of Spline Joint Structure for Rotor System

Abstract:The dynamic analysis was performed and the calculation analysis model was built by using the contact finite element method for spline joint structure of rotor system.The structural parameters of the locating surface distance, the locating surface nip and the contact area etc. were investigated and the influence law of the load on the coupling stiffness and the contact state of the spline joint structure were also investigated. The dynamic design methods of the spline joint structure were presented based on the investigation which included the design methods of the coupling stiffness and the contact state. The calculation and analysis of the spline joint structure for an aeroengine turbine rotor were conducted. The feasibility of the dynamic design method of spline joint structure was verified.
