探讨提高激光直线度测量仪精度的方法

摘    要:为了使激光直线度测量仪的相对精度达到10~(-6)以上,满足工业生产的要求,必须克服激光束的漂移和抖动。在分析产生漂移和抖动原因,并综合现有各种解决办法的基础上,通过实验,提出了改进措施。

Abstract:Mechanical engineering, shipbuilding and aviation industry often require a relative accuracy of 10-6 or better for long distances alignment. Unique properties of laser beams make them very useful in solving the problem. But the drift and scintillation of the laser beam effect the accuracy of straightness measuing, research on a method to solve these problems is now a key.This article analyzes the factors which make the beam drift and wander, summarizes various schemes obtained to date. Based on experiments the author proposes some idea in solving the problems.
