浦东地区近地强风特性观测研究

摘    要:20 0 0年 8月当“派比安”和“杰拉华”台风接近上海时 ,浦东气象局的 1 0m高度极值风速记录超过 2 4m/s,笔者用超声风速仪在离地 2 0m高处采集到近 2 0h的三维强风样本。经过对实测风速数据的分析 ,得到了平均风速和风向、阵风因子、湍流度、湍流积分长度、摩阻速度以及湍流功率谱密度函数等强风特性 ,分析结果表明 :近地强风的湍流度和阵风因子较高 ,湍流积分长度约在 80m左右 ,水平 (纵向和横向 )湍流功率谱密度函数与Simiu谱基本一致 ,但垂直湍流功率谱与Panofsky谱相差较大。

Abstract:When Typhoon Jelawat and Prapiroon passed by Shanghai in August 2000, the maximum wind velocity at the height of 10m recorded by Shanghai Pudong Meteorological Bureau was up to 24m/s. Nearly 20 hour long 3 dimensional strong wind data have been measured with an ultrasonic anemometer placed at the height of 20m. The measured wind data are analyzed in this paper to obtain the mean wind velocity and direction, gust factor, turbulence intensity, turbulence integral length, friction velocity and turbulence power spectrum. The results clearly demonstrate that the turbulence intensity and gust factor of strong wind are larger than normal. The horizontal turbulence power spectra roughly fit Simiu spectrum, but the vertical spectrum is significantly different from Panofsky spectrum.
