| Abstract: | Self-damping is one of the basic properties of conductive wire.In the antivibration design of high tension aerial conductor,the data of Self-damping are fundamental.This paper introduces three ways for the measuring of self-damping,among which the'shear force method'has been invented by the author.Also,attached to the paper are the self-damping data for LGJQ-400 wire,got in China's first measurement of the kind. |
