| 摘 要： | 给出了在采用任意波形发生器、视频信号发生器等ATE通用仪器资源产生光栅笔划显示信号时 ,根据TTF字形轮廓数据产生字符笔划信号的方法 ,解决了ATE笔划光栅信号测试中汉字显示的问题。

| Abstract: | A method of generating the stroke signal of Chinese characters according to TTF outline data is introduced, when using general ATE instruments such as arbitrary waveform generator, video generator and so on to generate the raster and stroke displaying signal. The problem of displaying Chinese characters in the acquisition and processing of the raster and stroke is resolved. |
