高职院校德育工作的现状及对策研究

高职教育已成为高等教育的重要组成部分，当前高职院校德育工作面临着一些新问题，如德育教育形式主义，德育目标不切实际，德育工作队伍建设需要加强等。高职院校必须以党的十七大为契机，以科学发展观为指导，加强领导，完善管理体制，建立学校、社会、家庭三结合的德育体系，优化德育过程。
