小型热管在航空直流电源整流模块散热上的应用

摘    要:对小型热管在航空直流电源整流模块散热上的应用作了研究,着重介绍了所设计的以甲醇为工质的HT91型热管。文中对该热管散热装置的结构方案,热管的设计计算要点及性能测试结果进行了论述。从试验结果可以看出,该热管满足整流模块的散热要求。此小型热管散热装置具有体积小,攻热效果好,工作安全可靠等优点,是一种值得在电子设备上推广应用的散热方法。

Abstract:The application of the miniature heat pipe to cooling rectifier model-sets with aeronautical direct current is studied in this paper, which puts the stress on the new designed heat pipe model HT91 with CH3OH as its working medium. From the experiment results, it is shown that the heat pipe can satisfy the requirement of cooling the rectifier model-sets. The whole heat pipe cooling device is small in volume, effective in rejecting heat, as well as safe and reliable in operation. It can be widely used for electronic installations. The structure of the heat pipe cooling device, the important points in designing and calculating the new heat pipe, and the results of performance testing are also described in this paper.
