航天器集成健康管理系统研究

摘    要:航天器故障诊断技术不仅要求提高航天器安全性和可靠性 ,而且要求削减航天器全寿命周期成本 ,现在的故障诊断系统已从原来单一的分系统 (如电源系统 )的故障诊断专家系统 ,向集系统状态监测、故障诊断和故障修复为一体的航天器集成健康管理 (IVHM)系统发展。本文介绍了航天器集成健康管理系统的基本概念 ,并对我国新型航天器整个集成健康管理系统、在轨健康管理系统、地面健康管理系统以及主要采用的技术作了详细的阐述。文中强调了基于模型推理技术 (特别是多信号建模技术 )在航天器集成健康管理系统中的重要性。文章最后指出了应采用从上至下的方案开发该集成健康管理系统。

Abstract:The technology of fault diagnosis for spacecrafts is not only required to improve the safety and reliability of spacecrafts, but also to reduce their life cycle cost significantly. The fault diagnosis system has developed from expert system for a subsystem to an integrated vehicle health management (IVHM) system. An integrated vehicle and ground health management system for spacecrafts is provided and all health management system including on spacecrafts and on ground are introduced in detail. Model based reasoning (especially for multi signal model) is emphasized in our system. In the end, top down, the principle to develop system health management is recommended.
