| 摘 要： | 本文提出了高度专用性人力资本的概念,认为其具有委托代理人双边垄断的性质,在价值形成中具有投资大、周期长和生产过程依赖性特征。它的市场供求几近无弹性,其价格由企业均衡给定。结论认为,高度专用性人力资本对流动性、投入主体风险控制和供求宏观调节等方面具有特殊的要求。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a concept of highly specialized human capital which has the na- ture of bilateral monopoly. Large sum of money is spent and long time is needed to get highly special- ized human capital and that accumulates its value in work experience. The supply and demand of highly specialized human capital is almost inelastic and its price is determined by the equilibrium of given enterprises. So the highly specialized human capital has its special properties on fluidity, risk control of investment and macro-regulation of supply and demand. |
