| 摘 要： | 着重探讨了员工援助计划(EAP)在我国高等院校中的实施情况。EAP的产生与工业大生产密切相关,在企业中的使用较为普遍。本文分析了EAP向高校扩散的路径,并通过对高校教师职业压力来源的分析提出了EAP在高校中的实施模式。

| Abstract: | This article focuses on the application of Employee Assistance Program （EAP） in colleges and universities in China. EAP is closely related to industrial production and it is widely used in enterprises. The access of EAP to colleges and universities is analyzed in this paper. In addition, this paper presents a mode of EAP application in colleges and universities based on the sources of occupational stress of university teaching staff. |
