2024-T3铝合金DFR退化规律及疲劳断口分析

摘    要:通过对2024-T3铝合金进行不同时长条件下的预腐蚀疲劳试验,拟合得出了2024-T3铝合金DFR(Detail Fatigue Rating)随腐蚀时长的变化曲线,并通过对2024-T3铝合金预腐蚀后的疲劳断口分析,得到了2024-T3铝合金疲劳性能退化过程的一些基本特点和规律。对于掌握2024-T3铝合金的DFR退化规律,做好飞机结构的腐蚀防护有重要的参考和借鉴作用。

Abstract:The degradation law of DFR of 2024-T3 aluminum alloy was determined by different pre-corrosion fatiguetests, and the fatigue fracture of 2024-T3 aluminum alloy was analyzed by scanning electron microscope, the basic charac.teristics and laws of degenerate failure process of 2024-T3 aluminum alloy was studied by it. It is of great reference signifi.cance for mastering the degradation law of DFR of 2024-T3 aluminum alloy and the corrosion protection of aircraft.
